For those who favor simplicity and expediency - as long as you have a valid marriage license, I’ll meet you anywhere in the W-S area and marry you. You must provide two witnesses (FYI - a photographer counts) or be amenable to me flagging down passersby to serve as your witnesses. This is an excellent choice if you want an easy breezy elopement held somewhere more meaningful or picturesque than a government building.
